Indian eves down Malaysia 4-0 in third Test


The Indian women’s hockey team sailed past Malaysia 4-0 in the third Test to go up 3-0 in the six Test series. The Indian eves have now ensured that they cannot lose the series, at best they can draw it.
Anupa Barla opened the account for India in the fifth minute with Jaspreet Kaur making the scoreline 2-0 in the 22nd minute as they led 2-0 at half-time. Vandana Kataria netted the third goal in the 59th minute, while Amadeep Kaur rounded off the tally in the 69th minute.
The Ritu Rani-led side had earlier won the second Test 2-0 with goals from Anuradha Devi and Poonam Rani. India had swamped Malaysia 5-0 in the first Test.
